- After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated email confirmation that your order was placed. If you are paying by credit card, you will receive another email with confirmation of the transaction.

If the address is not entered correctly, your package may be returned as undeliverable. You would then have to place a new order. Save time and avoid additional shipping fees by entering the address information in the appropriate boxes and double-checking for typos and other errors.
Orders can take up to 7 to 10 business days to reach your location after receipt of cleared payment (exception: back orders and out of stock items).
See Shipping Times below. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and off shore U.S. territories can take up to 10 to 14 business days after the date your order was placed.
Prices of items and shipping charges are subject to change at any time.
Shipping will be added to your total at time of checkout. Shipping charges are NOT included in the price listed for each item. Items marked with (OS), or specifically indicated as OVERSIZED, will require higher shipping fees.
Higher fees will apply for Express Shipping. Please see Shipping Times below for information regarding when to expect shipment of your order.
Higher fees may apply for any mis-shipments or redirection of shipments due to incorrect shipping address, zip code entry or PO boxes on the online order form (We do not ship to PO boxes). These fees are charged to FHD by most shipping carriers, and will be passed onto the customer.
BACK ORDERS: If all of part of your order is placed on a backorder status, we may hold the entire order until all items become available for shipment.

- Most of our items are shipped by UPS Ground, FedEx and
by USPS Postal Service. If the situation warrants, we may elect to
ship by some other carrier.
Higher shipping fees will apply to all
orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, all off shore U.S.
territories and Canada. Shipping prices may be higher for some packages then originally
charged on website at checkout due to higher shipping fees charged by our
Shipping Carriers. We will notify you after placing your order if this is

**Note** If you need 2nd Day Express Delivery, please

us with the items you wish to purchase. Higher Shipping fees will be applied to
this faster service, if it is available for the items you wish to purchase.
If you request Overnight Shipping or 2nd Day Air shipping in your order at
checkout, we will ship as you request. Please Note that your account will
be charged the excess shipping fees for your special express ship request. (Exception; Custom
made cabinets and cases are made at the time of order and
may require longer processing and shipping times.)

- If UPS makes reasonable attempts to drop
off your package and, after notifying you of these attempts, returns the package
to our warehouse, you will be charged an additional $15 return fee in addition
to a reshipping fee to reship the package. This is a standard UPS charge and
none of these fees are retained by Fine Home Displays.

- It is very important to us that you be happy with your
order. Your satisfaction is our main priority!
If you need to return an item:
- Requests for a return/refund must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please
contact us
for return instructions and a
Return Authorization (RA) number.
PLEASE DO NOT
MAIL THE MERCHANDISE BACK TO US OR ANY OF OUR SUPPLIERS until you get the
Return Authorization paperwork and a Return
Authorization (RA) number from us to include with the return package.
No refunds will be issued without an Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returns must be received within 2 weeks of issuing Return Authorization (RA)
number. You must email us with all return package tracking and shipping
information when you have sent your return back to us. If we do not receive this
information, your refund may be significantly delayed.
- If returns are not received at our warehouse within 2 weeks of the issued Return
Authorization number (RA), no credits will be given.
- All
custom made and premium items (display and doll cases, spoon cases,
shadow boxes, etc.) are not returnable, as they are made to your specifications at the time of order.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue
a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same resalable (unused) condition with
original packaging, UPC labeling, and hardware/accessories, excluding any shipping/handling/insurance costs.
Please note that an RA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns
are subject to inspection. FHD reserves the right to refuse credit on any
returns that are not in resalable condition.
- Refunds may take up to 4 weeks for processing (although they are
usually completed within 14 days). Returns must be received within 2 weeks of
issuing Return Authorization (RA) number.
- In the rare event that we should ship the wrong
merchandise, please contact us ASAP and we will expedite shipment of the correct
item(s). In this situation, we will cover all shipping costs.

- Due to the built in efficiencies in our ordering
system, once your order has been placed, and you have received your electronic
confirmation email, we cannot make changes to the product you have ordered, nor
can we cancel your order, as it has already been processed to our warehouses. If
you need to return the product, please follow the return procedures above. If
additional items are needed, you will need to place another order.
REFUSING A PACKAGE: Unless an item is obviously damaged or you have been given specific
direction by us to refuse a package, all package refusals will result in a 30%
restocking fee, with the exception of Canadian orders, which will not be refunded when refused. For more information on Canadian orders, please click here.
CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ORDERS:
Please note that for any cancellation of a special order (special
production runs) with Fine Home Displays, there will be a 50% cancellation
fee applied.

- We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent
damage and breakage. All items are shipped insured. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged,
then please hold onto the package and damaged merchandise (for potential
inspection) and e-mail us right away for
instructions. All damage and defective claims must be made within 7 days of receiving
your order. Please closely inspect all merchandise upon receipt to ensure that
your order has not been damaged in shipping.
Please DO NOT MAIL THE DAMAGED GOODS
BACK TO US or to any of our suppliers until you have notified us of the damage. If
necessary, we
will send you paperwork to include with the damaged item (s) you are returning.
Please see above policy for returning merchandise.
For orders within the United States, we will ship you a replacement item at no cost to you.
For orders to Canada, we will ship you a new product but we are not able to pay the Canadian brokerage fees on the replacement shipment. Those fees are not covered by the Shippers claim process and must be paid on receipt of the package.

Gift certificates are available in any amount (with a
$5 minimum).

Certificates will be delivered electronically and are
good for 2 years from the date of issue.

Certificates must be used at the time of purchase by
entering the certificate number into the Coupon Code field during the
checkout process. Only one certificate can be used per transaction.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and
cannot be returned for a cash refund.

Certificates are only redeemable on the site from which
they were purchased.

The risk of loss or misuse for gift certificates passes
to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient. We are
not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

To make a purchase for an amount greater than the
balance on your certificate, you will need to use a second form of payment,
such as a credit or debit certificate, to cover the difference.

Unused balances will stay on the certificate for two
years from the date of purchase and may be used on subsequent purchases.

all e-mail messages that originate outside of their domain. You may want to
check with your recipient first to make sure their e-mail account is
configured to accept e-mails from Fine Home Designs or Fine Home Displays.

Unlimited, Inc.
Coupons and Discounts do not apply to "Custom" display merchandise.

- We make every attempt to ensure that the

occasionally an error goes unnoticed. We are not liable for any product
informational typographical errors on the website. If you find an error on our
website, please report it to us so that we can correct it immediately.
In the event a Fine Home Displays product is listed at an incorrect price due to
typographical error in the Description and/or Title of products or in the pricing
information, Fine Home Displays shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
orders placed at the incorrect price. Fine Home Displays shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and
your credit certificate charged. If your credit certificate has already been charged for the
purchase and your order is canceled, Fine Home Displays shall issue a credit to
your credit certificate account in the amount of the incorrect price.

- If you are a retailer with a valid vendors license, you can contact us to set up
a wholesale account. Individual customers who do not possess a vendors
license but wish to purchase in bulk may also qualify for our V.I.P. discount.

This section was designed to re-state our order policy for shipments going to Canada for the ease of our Canadian Customers. If there is any varation between this section and any section above, the above sections are to be considered correct and binding.

Damages: You must contact us immediately about your damaged product. We will ship you a new product but we are not able to pay the Canadian import fees on the replacement shipment. Those fees are not covered by the Shippers claim process and must be paid by the customer on receipt of the package.
Import Fees: Packages shipped to customers outside the United States are subject to duties, taxes and other fees charged by your local government for importation of goods. These charges can vary by item and are charged to the party receiving the goods. Fine Home Displays cannot be held liable for these charges. As the purchaser and importer of these goods, you are responsible for all charges incurred once it enters Canada. If you refuse delivery, you will not be refunded any part of your order unless you obtained, in writing, prior approval from Fine Home Displays or FHD Unlimited, Inc.
